Planning your qualifying bet
Odds of 2.0 rule out most short-priced favourites, but many football and tennis markets sit around evens. A home win in a close Premier League match, or both teams to score in an open fixture, will often qualify on its own. If you prefer fractions, evens is 1/1, and anything from 11/10 upwards is safely clear of the minimum.
Using the £30 in free bets
Once the free bets land, the seven-day clock starts. Because the stake does not come back, the best use is usually a single or a small acca at prices you would back anyway. Skip the long-odds lottery ticket and the near-certainty at 1.2. Check the free bet details in your account for any market restrictions before you build a slip.
If you claim on a Monday, you have a full weekend of football and racing inside the window. Claim on a Friday evening and the following week’s fixtures are still covered.

Unibet’s UK site is operated by Platinum Gaming Limited, registered at Sovereign Place, Main Street, Gibraltar. The Gambling Commission register lists it under account number 45322, with remote licences for betting, casino, bingo and pool betting active since 12 July 2016.
