New Bingo Sites UK 2026: The Latest Licences, Their Welcome Offers and How to Spot a Reskin
Which UK bingo brands are running on the newest licences, what they offer new players, and how to check a 'new' bingo site on the Gambling Commission register.
“New bingo site” is a slippery label. Many brands advertised as new are old names on a new licence, or a fresh skin on a platform that already runs a dozen others. Launch dates are rarely published, and a redesign can make a ten-year-old brand look brand new. So we start where the facts are: the Gambling Commission’s public register, which shows who holds the licence for each site, what kind of licence it is and since when.
On that basis, the newest arrangements among the bingo brands we track are five sites on ProgressPlay’s bingo licence, active since August 2024, and Heart Bingo, which now runs on the licence of BV Gaming, the company behind BetVictor. Below we set out what each offers new players, how the white label model works, and how to tell a genuinely licensed new site from a clone borrowing a familiar name.

The newest UK bingo sites reviewed: ProgressPlay’s five and Heart
-
Queen’s Bingo
Queen’s is listed on the register as a white label of ProgressPlay Limited, whose remote bingo licence has been active since 23 August 2024. New players who deposit £10 through the bingo cashier get a £40 bingo bonus with 4x wagering on bingo games, so £160 of play, over 30 days. Your real balance is used first, the bonus converts to cash up to the bonus amount, and Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify. A withdrawal request cancels any active bonus. For players who want a large boost with light wagering, it is the strongest of the newer offers.
-
Panda Bingo
Panda shares Queen’s licence and terms: a £40 bingo bonus for a £10 deposit, 4x wagering on bingo within 30 days and the same conversion cap. We found no UK App Store app, so play is in the browser. Searches for the name also bring up unrelated “Panda Bingo” game apps from other developers; the licensed site is pandabingo.com. Anyone who likes the Queen’s offer but prefers a different look will find the same deal here.
-
Wombat Bingo
Wombat advertises a 400% bingo bonus up to £40, which on the minimum £10 deposit is the same £40 at 4x as its two stablemates, with the same 30-day window. A separate Wombat Casino domain is listed on the same ProgressPlay licence. With the offer identical across all three brands, the choice between them comes down to rooms and community rather than value.
-
ChitChat Bingo
ChitChat is the clearest case of an old name under a new operator. The register shows chitchatbingo.co.uk as an inactive domain of Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, the company behind Wink, while chitchatbingo.com is a ProgressPlay white label. Its welcome offer is a 200% games bonus up to £40, so £20 from £10 or £40 from £20, with 10x wagering across bingo and the mini games in the bingo rooms. Former ChitChat players should treat it as a new account on a new platform, rather than a continuation of the old one.
-
Vampire Bingo
Vampire is another ProgressPlay white label, giving a £30 games bonus for a £10 deposit with 10x wagering, so £300 of play within 30 days. Plenty of unlicensed lookalike domains use the Vampire name, with hyphens or different endings; the licensed one is vampirebingo.com. Fans of the brand should check the address bar before depositing.
-
Heart Bingo
Heart is not a new brand, but it is a new arrangement: the register lists heartbingo.co.uk as a white label of BV Gaming Limited, the company behind BetVictor, whose bingo licence has been active since March 2021. It has the best welcome deal of this group, 500 free tickets worth up to £50 in 10p games for a £10 deposit and play with Promo Code HEART, with winnings paid as cash, and an iPhone app rated 4.8 from 11,000 ratings. For players who want a newer platform with an established app, it is the obvious choice.
How to check whether a bingo site is really new
The register makes this a five-minute job. It is also the most reliable protection against clone sites.
- Find the Gambling Commission account number in the site’s footer or terms.
- Search it on the Gambling Commission’s public register and open the licence. The activities tab shows when the bingo licence became active.
- Open the domain names tab. The site you are on should be listed; a status of “White Label” means the brand runs on that company’s licence and platform.
- Look at the other domains on the same licence. They are sister sites, and a welcome offer you have already claimed at one may not be available at another.
The same check catches lookalikes. Searches for some of these brand names return domains that are not on any licence, such as variants of Vampire, Queen’s and Kitty Bingo with extra words or different endings. Only the domain listed on the register is the licensed site, and an unlicensed site offers none of the protections described below.
White label bingo sites explained: why sister sites share terms
A white label is a brand that runs on another company’s licence and platform. The licence holder is the business answerable to the Gambling Commission, while the brand supplies the name, the look and the marketing. ProgressPlay’s five bingo brands show the model clearly: Queen’s, Panda and Wombat carry word-for-word identical bonus terms, down to the requirement to deposit through the bingo cashier and the exclusion of Skrill and Neteller.
For players, the model has two practical effects. The first is consistency: account rules, payment exclusions and bonus mechanics tend to match across a licence, so learning one site teaches you the others. The second concerns welcome offers, which are usually limited to one per person or household and may be refused if you already hold an account on the same platform. Heart, for its part, allows one welcome offer per customer across its own bingo and casino sides.
Rules every new bingo site must follow in 2026
New or not, every licensed site works to the same rules. Bonus wagering has been capped at 10x since 19 January 2026, and offers can no longer require play across bingo and casino games together, which is why the newer brands’ bonuses top out at exactly 10x. Players must be 18 or over and pass identity checks before depositing or playing, a rule in force since May 2019. Credit cards have been banned for gambling since April 2020, and every online operator must belong to GAMSTOP, the national self-exclusion scheme.
New bingo sites versus Mecca, Lucky Pants and Kitty
The newer ProgressPlay brands compete on bonus size: £40 for £10 at 4x is generous next to Lucky Pants’ £35 at 6x, and needs £50 less play to clear. The established sites compete on everything else. Mecca, Lucky Pants and Kitty publish withdrawal times of around 15 minutes for most payments, run nightly free bingo from 8pm to 9pm and have apps, and Mecca alone offers a welcome bonus from £5. None of the five ProgressPlay brands has an app on the UK App Store.
The sensible approach for most players is to judge a new site the way they would an old one: on its licence, its terms and what its welcome offer costs to clear, rather than on novelty. Both groups are compared on our UK bingo sites hub, and the full wagering arithmetic is in our bingo bonuses guide.

Setting limits and getting help with gambling
A new site is a new account, and a good moment to set a deposit limit before you play. Every licensed site offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and GAMSTOP blocks you from all of them at once. FAQ
What counts as a new bingo site?
We count a brand as new when it is operating under a recently granted licence or has moved to a new operator, which you can check on the Gambling Commission's public register. A redesign or a new logo on the same licence does not count.
Are new bingo sites safe?
A new site is as safe as its licence. Check the account number in the footer on the Gambling Commission's public register, and make sure the site's domain is listed under that licence. Lookalike domains using real brand names exist, so join only through the domain on the register.
What is a white label bingo site?
A brand that runs on another company's licence and platform. Queen's, ChitChat, Panda, Vampire and Wombat Bingo are listed on the register as white labels of ProgressPlay Limited, and Heart Bingo as a white label of BV Gaming Limited.
Can I claim a welcome offer at a new site if I play at a sister site?
Often not. Brands on the same licence may treat you as an existing customer, and offers are usually one per person or household. Read the welcome terms before signing up to a second brand on the same network.
Do new bingo sites have lower wagering?
All UK bonuses have been capped at 10x wagering since January 2026, new sites included. Among the newer licence arrangements we track, Queen's, Panda and Wombat ask 4x on their £40 bingo bonuses, while ChitChat and Vampire ask 10x.
Do new bingo sites have apps?
Not usually. We found no UK App Store listing for any of the five ProgressPlay brands, which are played in a mobile browser. Heart Bingo, now on BV Gaming's licence, has a 4.8-rated iPhone app.
