Its register entry now lists casushi.com, fruitkings.com, peachygames.com, bingostars.co.uk and playsunny.co.uk as active domains. That is the kind of evidence a “new casino site” claim should rest on, and it is the only kind we use on this page.

Lots of sites call themselves new. Few say when they launched, and a fresh logo is often an older brand on a new licence, or a white label on a long-standing platform. First come the casinos in our data that we can tie to a recent licence on the Gambling Commission register. After them are fresh offers from smaller brands that we do not claim are new.

Why most “new casino” claims are hard to verify

The Gambling Commission licenses companies, not brands. A single licence can cover dozens of domains, and a new brand can appear on an existing licence without any public announcement. The register shows when a licence started, not when each domain went live.

That creates three common scenarios:

• A new company with a new licence. The cleanest case, and the one we can verify. Solaya Group is an example.
• A new brand on an old licence. Platform operators such as ProgressPlay, which has held a UK casino licence since 1 November 2014, add brands to their existing licence regularly. The brand is new; the licence and compliance team are not.
• An old brand on a new licence. When a site changes hands, it moves to the buyer’s licence. The register date is new, but the site may have years of history.

Because the register cannot separate these cases on its own, we only call a site new where a recent licence start date backs it up. Everything else on this page is labelled as a fresh offer.

How to check a new casino on the register

It takes about two minutes, and it is the most useful check you can make before depositing anywhere unfamiliar.

1. Scroll to the casino’s footer and find the Gambling Commission account or licence number.
2. Search for it on the Commission’s public register.
3. Confirm the licence status is “Active” and that it covers Casino (Remote).
4. Open the domain names tab and check the site’s exact web address is listed as active. Solaya’s domain list is a good example of what to look for.
5. Read the company name in the site’s terms and make sure it matches the register.

If the number is missing, the domain is not on the list, or the licence is suspended or revoked, do not deposit.

What to expect from a new casino site

New UK casinos run on the same small group of game studios and platform providers as established ones, so the slot lineup rarely surprises. Big Bass Bonanza and Big Bass Splash appear in more of the welcome offers on this page than any other title.

Where newer sites differ is in the details. Lobbies tend to be built for phones first. Payment options can be narrower at launch, often debit card, Apple Pay and bank transfer before e-wallets are added. What 10x wagering means for new casinos

Before 2026, new casinos often competed with very large matched bonuses carrying 35x, 40x or even 50x wagering. The Gambling Commission ended that from 19 January 2026, capping wagering at 10 times for every licensee.

New casinos or established ones?

There is no safety advantage to either, as long as the licence checks out. The Gambling Commission applies the same rules on identity checks, customer funds, advertising and safer gambling to a casino licensed last month and one licensed in 2014.

The practical differences are elsewhere. Established brands have longer public complaint histories you can read, wider payment options and, often, their own apps. Newer sites are more likely to compete on offer structure, such as no-wagering spins with cash winnings, and they tend to have smaller game lobbies at launch. If the offer is the main attraction, compare it line by line with the established casinos before you choose.

Spotting red flags at unfamiliar casinos

• No licence number, or one that does not match the register. Walk away.
• Wagering above 10x. A UK-licensed casino cannot offer it. If you see it, the site may not be licensed for Great Britain.
• Offers that require sports bets and slots together. Mixed-product promotions are banned under the 2026 rules.
• Stakes above £5 per spin on slots. UK-licensed slots stop at £5 for over-25s and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds.
