1. Register through the offer link and tick the welcome offer opt-in on the registration form.
2. Within 7 days of registering, deposit £10 or more using a debit card.
3. Your first deposit is matched 100%, up to £100, as bonus funds with 10x wagering.
4. Stake £10 on any game to trigger the 100 free spins on Jackpot City Gold Blitz.

JackpotCity promo code

JackpotCity offer terms worth knowing

• Opt in on the registration form. You cannot add the offer later.
• Debit card deposits only; e-wallets and other methods are excluded.
• 10x wagering on the match bonus, with game weighting, so not every game counts in full.
• The free spins need a separate £10 stake on any game and are played at 10p.
• The whole offer is valid for 7 days from registration.

JackpotCity review

JackpotCity is a long-running international casino brand that has built its name on jackpot slots. In the UK it now sits on one of the country’s larger licences. Below, we compare it with the rest of our best UK online casinos.

Who runs JackpotCity in the UK?

The Gambling Commission register lists jackpotcitycasino.co.uk as an active domain of Betway Limited, account number 39372. Betway Limited is based in Malta and has held its remote casino licence since November 2014. The same record covers Betway’s own casino and Spin Casino, and Hippodrome Online as a white label.

For players, that matters in two ways. Disputes, verification and safer gambling obligations fall on an established licensee. The payments and account systems are shared with some of the biggest brands in the market. Anyone who has self-excluded from one of those brands should expect the exclusion to carry across.

Slots, jackpots and live tables

Jackpots are the identity. Mega Moolah, the networked progressive that has paid some of the largest online slot wins on record, sits alongside branded titles. One of them is Jackpot City Gold Blitz, the game used for the welcome spins. The wider lobby covers video slots, crash games, table games and a live casino.

Live dealer games come from Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Play Live and OnAir, covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker variants and game shows. Live games commonly count for less towards bonus wagering than slots. That is what the weighting term in the offer refers to, so plan to clear the 10x on slots.

The UK online slots stake limit also applies: £5 per spin if you are 25 or over, £2 if you are 18 to 24.

The JackpotCity app

JackpotCity has apps on iPhone and Android, and the screenshots above are from its App Store listing. The browser site carries the same games. You can claim the welcome offer on desktop and play the spins on your phone, or the other way round.

Payments and withdrawals

Accepted methods include Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and Rapid Transfer, and pay-by-phone for deposits. Only debit card deposits qualify for the welcome offer, so start with a card and move to an e-wallet later if you prefer.

E-wallet withdrawals are generally the quickest once approved, with debit card payouts taking a few working days. Your first withdrawal will require identity verification, and further checks can slow a payout, so submit documents as soon as they are requested.

Safer gambling at JackpotCity

Deposit limits, session reminders and break periods are available from your account, with self-exclusion and links to independent support. You can also block every UK-licensed site in one step through GAMSTOP, which is free.

Customer support

JackpotCity offers live chat, email and an FAQ section. There is no phone line advertised, so live chat is the fastest way to resolve account or payment questions. Keep your registration email to hand, as support will usually confirm your identity before discussing a balance or a pending withdrawal. For anything about the welcome offer, ask before the 7-day window closes rather than after.

Is a 10x match bonus worth it?

The Gambling Commission’s 10x wagering cap, in force since 19 January 2026, means JackpotCity’s match is at the regulatory maximum but no worse. On a £50 deposit, you would receive £50 in bonus funds and need £500 of weighted play before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. On slots with a 96% return, the expected cost of that play is around £20, which leaves positive value on paper. Our expected value calculator lets you test different deposits and RTPs.

The spins are simpler. Winnings from 100 spins at 10p are yours with no wagering, the same principle as Betway Casino’s 150 no-wager spins.

Who JackpotCity suits

JackpotCity is built for players who enjoy progressive jackpots and want a matched bonus to stretch a first deposit. Because the match is 100%, the amount you deposit decides the bonus: £10 gets you £10 extra, £100 gets you the full £100. Deposit only what you would have spent anyway, rather than topping up to chase the maximum.

It suits low-stakes players too. The spins need only a £10 stake on any game, so a single £10 debit card deposit can trigger both a £10 matched bonus and the 100 spins. Players who prefer e-wallets or who want to take their time should look elsewhere. The offer is debit card only and closes 7 days after you register.

If the jackpot angle appeals but you want a London casino brand behind it, try Hippodrome Casino. It runs a similar match and spins offer on the same Betway Limited licence, with a £20 minimum deposit.

Our verdict on JackpotCity

JackpotCity gives you two offers for one deposit: a 100% match up to £100 at the 10x ceiling, and 100 spins whose winnings carry no wagering. Its jackpot range and apps are solid, and it sits on an established Gambling Commission licence. The details to remember are procedural: tick the opt-in, deposit by debit card, and use the offer within 7 days.
